Presbyterian

Although there are many types of Presbyterian churches, they all generally adhere to Calvinism, which is based on the religious doctrines of John Calvin, a 16th-century French theologian and religious reformer. As is true in the Lutheran church, Presbyterian churches vary greatly in their style of worship. In the case of a formal Presbyterian wedding ceremony, however, this is an example of an acceptable vow phrasing:

"I, _______________, take you to be my wedded wife / husband, and I do promise and covenant, before God and these witnesses, to be your loving  and faithful wife / husband, in plenty and in want, in joy and in sorrow, in sickness and in health, as long as we both shall live."
